1. Definitions and Interpretation

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an Account on rk123, depositing funds, placing a bet, or using any Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. 3.3 One Account Per Person Policy

Each User is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. Creating multiple Accounts (also known as "duplicate accounts" or "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. If rk123 detects that a User has opened or is operating multiple Accounts, we reserve the right to:

• Close all duplicate Accounts immediately.
• Void all bets placed from duplicate Accounts.
• Confiscate any winnings, bonuses, or promotional credits obtained through duplicate Accounts.
• Withhold any pending withdrawals associated with duplicate Accounts.
• Permanently ban the User from creating any future Accounts on rk123.

4. Deposits and Account Funding

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

rk123 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following payment methods:

Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit. rk123 does not charge fees for deposits, but your bank or e-wallet provider may impose transaction fees — please check with your payment provider.

4.2 Deposit Processing Times

Most deposits are processed instantly or within 5–15 minutes. Bank maintenance windows (typically 00:00–05:00 WIB) may cause delays. If your deposit does not appear in your Account balance within 30 minutes, contact our customer support team via live chat.

4.3 Source of Funds

You warrant that all funds deposited into your rk123 Account are derived from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of criminal activity, money laundering, or terrorist financing. rk123 reserves the right to request proof of the source of deposited funds at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence may result in Account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.

5. Withdrawals and Payout Processing

5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

To request a withdrawal, you must:

• Have met any applicable Wagering Requirements on Bonuses or promotional credits.

5.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

• Bank Transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri): Most requests are processed same-day if submitted before 18:00 WIB on business days (Monday–Friday). Requests submitted after 18:00 WIB or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Processing times are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to additional verification checks, high withdrawal volumes, bank maintenance, or public holidays.

5.3 Withdrawal Limits and Fees

Standard Users may withdraw up to Rp 50.000.000 per transaction and Rp 150.000.000 per month. VIP Members enjoy higher limits based on their tier. rk123 does not charge withdrawal fees, but your bank or e-wallet provider may impose receiving fees.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance

rk123 operates a strict AML policy. Withdrawals must generally be processed to the same payment method used for deposits. If you have deposited via multiple methods, withdrawals will be allocated proportionally. Attempts to use rk123 as a currency exchange or money transfer service will result in Account closure and funds may be withheld pending investigation.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Eligibility and Acceptance

For example, a Rp 500.000 Bonus with a 30× Wagering Requirement requires total wagers of Rp 15.000.000 before withdrawal is permitted.

Not all games contribute equally toward Wagering Requirements:

• Slots: 100% contribution.
• Live Casino (Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat): 10–20% contribution.
• Sports Betting: Only bets with odds of 1.80 or higher contribute; lower-odds bets do not count.
• Togel: Typically 50% contribution.

6.3 Bonus Abuse and Forfeiture

rk123 reserves the right to void Bonuses and associated winnings if we detect bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to:

• Creating multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion multiple times.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate outcomes.
• Placing low-risk hedged bets (e.g., betting both red and black in roulette) solely to meet Wagering Requirements.
• Using automated betting software or bots.

7. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

7.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets are subject to the specific rules of the sport, league, and market. In the event of match postponement, abandonment, or cancellation, bets will be settled according to the official result published by the governing sports body. rk123 follows industry-standard settlement rules for Asian Handicap, Over/Under, mix parlay (accumulator), and other markets.

7.2 Casino and Slots

All casino games and slots are powered by licensed third-party providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, PG Soft, Spribe) and operate on certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Game results are final and cannot be reversed. Malfunctions void all pays and plays.

7.3 Togel (Lottery)

Togel results are drawn from official international lottery pools (Singapore, Hong Kong, Sydney, Macau, Japan, Taiwan). Draw times and result publication schedules are posted on the rk123 platform. All togel bets must be placed before the official draw cut-off time. Late bets will be void.

7.4 Voided Bets and Disputes

• The bet was placed after an event had already started (except live betting markets).

• The bet was placed using funds obtained through fraudulent means.
• Collusion, match-fixing, or insider information is suspected.

All betting disputes must be submitted to rk123 customer support within 7 days of the bet settlement. Disputes submitted after this period will not be considered. rk123's decision on all disputes is final.

11. Limitation of Liability
